Accessing and using our services implies acceptance of the following terms and conditions, designed to ensure transparency, professionalism, and mutual respect.
1. Bookings
Appointments are confirmed only after availability has been verified and any required deposit has been received. We recommend booking in advance, especially for special events.
2. Changes and Cancellations
Any changes or cancellations must be communicated at least 72 hours before the scheduled appointment. Otherwise, the deposit may not be refundable.
3. Punctuality
To ensure impeccable service, we kindly ask clients to respect the agreed appointment times. Delays exceeding 15 minutes may affect the quality of the service provided.
4. On-Site Services
Our VIP Event & Make-Up service can be extended to guests upon request. Off-site appointments include a travel surcharge, calculated based on distance and logistics.
5. Liability
Mario Hair Make-up is committed to delivering the highest standards of quality and professionalism. However, we are not responsible for allergic reactions not previously disclosed or for issues arising from incomplete information.
